Why is my portal password rejected?
Because web-service access uses a separate API password issued by OnTrac Software Support. The ontrac.com portal password is a different credential and OnTrac will reject it.
Are shipping costs added to quote totals automatically?
Not yet. Rating, labels and tracking work, but nothing in the quote-pricing path reads a carrier rate.
