Integration Overview
How TackQuote connects with Shopware
Eliminate manual data entry, prevent shipping or pricing errors, and streamline B2B order execution.
TackQuote integrates with Shopware 6 through its Admin API to sync your product catalog into the quote builder and to create orders when buyers accept, once an Order Sync Rule targets the connection. Sync runs on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh. Product sync carries each product's list price; Shopware's advanced pricing (customer-group and quantity-tier rules) is not read yet. Order creation needs no id configuration — TackQuote discovers the sales channel, currency, language and order state from your own installation.

Capabilities
What's included in the Shopware connector
Built out-of-the-box for enterprise sales teams, distributors, and manufacturers.
Admin API Catalog Sync
TackQuote imports Shopware products and their list price through the Admin API on a scheduled cadence. Advanced pricing rules are not read.
Order Creation on Acceptance
Accepted quotes create Shopware orders with line items, customer, and address data mapped across. Order creation is not automatic on acceptance: it runs when an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection, or when the buyer checks out against it after you switch on Integrations → Use for checkout.
Variants as Catalog Items
Shopware models each variant as its own product, so variants arrive as individually quotable items. Property groups and option values are not read yet.
Sales Channel Aware
TackQuote finds your active sales channel automatically, and asks you to pick one only if your store runs several.
Setup Guide
4 steps to connect Shopware
TackQuote connects to Shopware 6 via an Admin API integration (client credentials). Catalog refreshes every two hours with an on-demand pull available.
Create an integration in Shopware
In Shopware admin under Settings → System → Integrations, create an integration and copy the access key ID and secret.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter your shop URL, access key ID, and secret in TackQuote Integrations → Shopware. TackQuote verifies access and imports your catalog.
Nothing to map
TackQuote reads your sales channel, currency, language and order state from Shopware itself. Override any of them only if you want to.
Go live
Build quotes from your Shopware catalog. Accepted quotes create Shopware orders once an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection — connecting the store alone does not enable it.
Requirements
What you need to get started
Prerequisites for authenticating Shopware with your TackQuote tenant.
- Shopware 6 (Community, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Admin API integration with access key ID and secret
- A billing address on the buyer — street, city and country. Shopware marks these required on every order address, so quote → order needs them (catalog sync and order import do not).
- TackQuote Pro plan or above
All integrations included
No per-connector fees, middleware subscriptions, or hidden charges. Connect Shopware and all 79 connectors under your standard TackQuote plan.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Shopware
Do I have to enter Shopware ids to create orders?
No. Shopware's POST /api/order does require a sales channel, currency, language and order-state id, and they are UUIDs specific to your installation — but they are all readable from the Admin API that your access key already authenticates against, so TackQuote looks them up instead of asking. The currency is matched to the currency the quote is priced in, the language comes from the sales channel you sell through, and the order state is the initial state of Shopware's own order.state state machine, so a renamed opening state still works. The one thing TackQuote will not do is guess: if your store has more than one active sales channel there is no defensible default, so it stops and tells you which channels it found, with their ids, and you pin one on the connection. The optional override fields on the connection exist for exactly that.
Does TackQuote need an existing Shopware address id?
No, and asking for one was a bug we removed. A Shopware order carries its own address rows: order.billingAddressId is declared with the no_constraint flag precisely so the address can be written inline in the same request that creates the order. TackQuote therefore builds the order address from the quote's buyer. What it does need is that the buyer actually has a street, city and country on record — Shopware marks those required — and the buyer's country must be stored as an ISO code so it can be matched to the country list in your installation. If the address is incomplete, TackQuote refuses and names the missing fields rather than sending a blank address.
Does TackQuote support Shopware 5?
TackQuote supports Shopware 6 via the Admin API. Shopware 5 is not currently supported.
What do I need to connect TackQuote to Shopware?
Shopware 6 (Community, Professional, or Enterprise) with an Admin API integration configured under Settings → System → Integrations, and TackQuote Pro plan or above.
Does the integration support multiple Shopware sales channels?
Yes, with one deliberate limitation: orders are created against a single sales channel per connection. If your store has exactly one active channel TackQuote uses it with no setup at all. If it has several, TackQuote will not pick for you — orders landing on the wrong channel is worse than an error — so it lists the channels it found and you set the one you sell through on the connection. Per-quote channel selection is not supported.
