Overview

Enterpret + TackQuote

If Enterpret is where you find out what customers are actually saying, feedback captured during quoting should not sit outside it. TackQuote pushes its real buyer feedback records to your Enterpret workspace through Enterpret’s custom-webhook ingest, bucketed by source so each feed keeps its identity. It is deliberately one-directional: feedback out, no analysis pulled back in. TackQuote stays the system of record for quote-to-cash, and Enterpret gets the B2B feedback it would otherwise never see.

TackQuote posts feedback records to Enterpret’s ingest with your API key. One-way, batched within Enterpret’s payload limits, and the connection test is a real ingest rather than an assumed success.

Where to connect. Setup happens in the seller portal — most connectors under Integrations, the rest on the Settings page named in the setup steps below.

Before you start

What you'll need

  • Enterpret workspace
  • Enterpret API key
  • TackQuote Starter plan or above

Setup

How to connect Enterpret

  1. Create an Enterpret API key

In Enterpret, generate an API key for TackQuote to ingest records with.
  2. Connect in TackQuote

Paste the key into TackQuote Integrations → Enterpret. A rejected key is never stored.
  3. Check the test record

Connecting sends one labelled record to a tackquote-connection-test source. It contains no customer feedback and can be ignored or excluded in Enterpret.
  4. Sync your feedback

Run a sync with a look-back window to backfill, then keep buyer feedback flowing into your Enterpret workspace.

Capabilities

What you get

Real Feedback, Bucketed By Source

Records are grouped by the feedback source they came from, so each feed keeps its identity in Enterpret rather than arriving as one undifferentiated stream.

Bounded Backfill

A sync takes a look-back window and a per-source cap, so a first run can be scoped rather than replaying the entire history in one pass.

Honest Connection Test

Enterpret publishes no credential-check endpoint, so connecting sends one clearly-labelled test record to a dedicated tackquote-connection-test source. The response says so rather than fabricating a silent success.

Feedback-Out, Not Analysis-In

Nothing is pulled back from Enterpret. It is a destination for feedback, not a source of truth for TackQuote, and the connector says so rather than implying a two-way sync.

FAQ

Enterpret questions

Does TackQuote pull analysis back from Enterpret?

No. This connector only sends. Enterpret is a destination for feedback here — there is no themes or sentiment pull, and the connector does not imply one.

Why does connecting create a record in my workspace?

Enterpret has no endpoint for checking a credential, so the only way to prove a key works is to ingest something. TackQuote sends a single record to a dedicated tackquote-connection-test source and tells you it did, rather than reporting a success it has not verified.

Can I limit how much gets sent on the first run?

Yes. A sync takes a look-back window in days and a per-source record cap, so you can scope a backfill instead of replaying everything at once.
