FreshBooks + TackQuote

TackQuote's FreshBooks integration connects your B2B quoting workflow directly to FreshBooks Cloud Accounting. When a buyer accepts a quote, TackQuote automatically creates a corresponding FreshBooks invoice with exact line items, amounts, and currency formatting. Client records are matched to prevent duplicates.

Connect your FreshBooks account via OAuth 2.0 to automate invoice generation for accepted quotes.

Where to connect. Setup happens in the seller portal — most connectors under Integrations, the rest on the Settings page named in the setup steps below.

How to connect FreshBooks

  1. Authorize FreshBooks

    Click Connect to authorize TackQuote to access your FreshBooks organization via OAuth 2.0.
  2. Accept a Quote

    When a customer accepts a quote, TackQuote pushes the line items to FreshBooks.
  3. Invoice Generated

    A FreshBooks invoice is issued and ready for customer payment.
