Katana + TackQuote

TackQuote connects to Katana Cloud Inventory (Katana MRP) through its REST API so quotes are built from live products and stock, and accepted quotes are written back as Katana sales orders. Product, price, and inventory data refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, and sales orders are created the moment a quote is accepted — ideal for manufacturers running Katana for production and inventory.

TackQuote connects to Katana via its REST API using an API key. Products and stock refresh every two hours; sales orders are pushed on acceptance.

Where to connect. Setup happens in the seller portal — most connectors under Integrations, the rest on the Settings page named in the setup steps below.

Setup

How to connect Katana

  1. Generate a Katana API key

    In Katana, go to Settings → API and generate a personal access token for TackQuote.
  2. Connect in TackQuote

    Enter your API key in TackQuote Integrations → Katana. TackQuote verifies access and begins the product sync.
  3. Map products and order defaults

    Confirm product and price mapping and set the sales order defaults used when quotes are accepted.
  4. Go live

    Build quotes from live Katana products. Accepted quotes create sales orders and matched customers automatically.
