Overview

Zoho Books + TackQuote

TackQuote’s Zoho Books integration automatically bridges your B2B quoting engine with your Zoho accounting ledgers. When a buyer signs or accepts a quote in TackQuote, a corresponding invoice or estimate is created in Zoho Books with line items, tax rates, and customer details pre-mapped. Eliminate manual bookkeeping re-entry and keep payment statuses aligned.

Connect Zoho Books using OAuth 2.0. Select your organization and default account mappings, and accepted quotes will flow into Zoho Books in real time.

Where to connect. Setup happens in the seller portal — most connectors under Integrations, the rest on the Settings page named in the setup steps below.

How to connect Zoho Books

  1. Connect via OAuth

    In TackQuote Integrations, select Zoho Books and click Connect. Authenticate with your Zoho credentials and grant access.
  2. Map Accounts & Tax

    Select your Zoho Books organization ID and map income accounts, tax codes, and default payment terms.
  3. Enable Auto-Sync

    Choose whether quotes push to Zoho Books on e-signature or manual rep approval. Live sync runs in the background.
