Overview

MRPeasy + TackQuote

TackQuote connects to MRPeasy, the cloud MRP/ERP for small manufacturers, through its REST API so quotes are built from live items and accepted quotes are written back as MRPeasy customer orders. Item, price, and stock data refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, and customer orders are created the moment a quote is accepted.

TackQuote connects to MRPeasy via its REST API using an API key. Items and stock refresh every two hours; customer orders are pushed on acceptance.

How to connect MRPeasy

  1. Get your MRPeasy API key

    In MRPeasy, enable API access and copy the API key from your account settings.
  2. Connect in TackQuote

    Enter your API key in TackQuote Integrations → MRPeasy. TackQuote verifies access and begins the item sync.
  3. Map items and order defaults

    Confirm item and price mapping and set the customer order defaults used when quotes are accepted.
  4. Go live

    Build quotes from live MRPeasy items. Accepted quotes create customer orders and matched customers automatically.
