Connector Technical Specs
Integration Overview
How TackQuote connects with MRPeasy
Eliminate manual data entry, prevent shipping or pricing errors, and streamline B2B order execution.
TackQuote connects to MRPeasy, the cloud MRP/ERP for small manufacturers, through its REST API so quotes are built from live items and accepted quotes are written back as MRPeasy customer orders. Item, price, and stock data refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, and customer orders are created when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.
Bi-Directional Sync
Data objects synchronized between systems
Here is exactly how data flows between TackQuote and MRPeasy to maintain complete system alignment.
Master Price Book Sync
Sync contract pricing matrices, volume discount tiers, and customer-specific price books from MRPeasy.
Sales Order & Invoice Post
Post accepted quotes directly as sales orders or accounts receivable invoices into MRPeasy GL accounts.
Net Terms & Credit Limit Check
Validate buyer credit balances and payment terms in MRPeasy before enabling Net-30 quote checkout.
Tax Code & AR Ledger Mapping
Align tax jurisdiction codes and line-item revenue accounts across MRPeasy and TackQuote.
Capabilities
What's included in the MRPeasy connector
Built out-of-the-box for enterprise sales teams, distributors, and manufacturers.
Item & Stock Sync
TackQuote pulls MRPeasy items, prices, and stock levels into the quote builder on a scheduled cadence.
Customer Order Creation
Accepted quotes create MRPeasy customer orders with items, quantities, and customer mapped across. Order creation is not automatic on acceptance: it runs when an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection, or when the buyer checks out against it after you switch on Integrations → Use for checkout.
Buyer → Customer Mapping
When an order is created, TackQuote looks the buyer up in MRPeasy by email and creates a customer record if none exists. This happens per order; customers are not synced into TackQuote.
Production-Aware Availability
Available-to-promise and stock figures pull into TackQuote so reps quote realistic lead times.
Setup Guide
4 steps to connect MRPeasy
TackQuote connects to MRPeasy via its REST API using an API key. Items and stock refresh every two hours; customer orders are pushed only when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.
Get your MRPeasy API key and API secret
In MRPeasy go to Settings → Integration → API access and copy both values. They are a pair, not alternatives: MRPeasy signs requests with HTTP Basic authentication using the api-key as the username and the api-secret as the password.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter the API key and the API secret in their own boxes in TackQuote Integrations → MRPeasy — they are not interchangeable, and swapping them will fail to authenticate. TackQuote verifies access and begins the item sync.
Map items and order defaults
Confirm item and price mapping and set the customer order defaults used when quotes are accepted.
Go live
Build quotes from live MRPeasy items. Accepted quotes create customer orders and matched customers once an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection — connecting alone does not enable it.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about MRPeasy
Is MRPeasy a good fit for small manufacturers?
Yes. MRPeasy is designed for small and mid-sized manufacturers, and the TackQuote integration adds a professional quoting layer that writes accepted quotes into MRPeasy as customer orders once an active Order Sync Rule targets the connection.
What do I need to connect TackQuote to MRPeasy?
An MRPeasy account with API access enabled, and both values from Settings → Integration → API access: the api-key and the api-secret. TackQuote Starter plan or above is required.
I connected MRPeasy before — why am I being asked for my credentials again?
The earlier version of this connector stored a single value and sent it in headers MRPeasy does not recognise, so it never authenticated. MRPeasy uses HTTP Basic authentication with the api-key as the username and the api-secret as the password, and TackQuote cannot tell which of the two your stored value was. Re-entering both from Settings → Integration → API access puts them in the right places.
How current is the stock data shown in quotes?
Items and stock levels refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, while customer orders push to MRPeasy only when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.
