Unleashed + TackQuote

TackQuote connects to Unleashed inventory management through its REST API so quotes are built from live products and stock on hand, and accepted quotes are written back as Unleashed sales orders. Product, price, and inventory data refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, and sales orders and customers are created the moment a quote is accepted.

TackQuote connects to Unleashed via its REST API using an API ID and key (HMAC-signed requests). Products and stock refresh every two hours; sales orders are pushed on acceptance.

How to connect Unleashed

Get your Unleashed API credentials
In Unleashed, go to Integration → Unleashed API Access and copy your API ID and API key.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter your API ID and key in TackQuote Integrations → Unleashed. TackQuote verifies access and begins the product sync.
Map products and order defaults
Confirm sell price tier and warehouse mapping and set the sales order defaults used when quotes are accepted.
Go live
Build quotes from live Unleashed products. Accepted quotes create sales orders and matched customers automatically.
