TackQuote connects to Unleashed inventory management through its REST API so quotes are built from live products and stock on hand, and accepted quotes are written back as Unleashed sales orders. Product, price, and inventory data refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, and sales orders and customers are created when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.

Sales Order Creation
Accepted quotes create Unleashed sales orders with products, quantities, customer, prices and tax totals mapped across. The order takes the default warehouse on your Unleashed account — TackQuote does not set one. Order creation is not automatic on acceptance: it runs when an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection, or when the buyer checks out against it after you switch on Integrations → Use for checkout.
Buyer → Customer Mapping
Orders are filed against the Unleashed customer mapped to the buyer, or the default customer code you configure. TackQuote does not create Unleashed customer records.
Stock On Hand
Available stock by warehouse pulls into TackQuote so reps quote against real availability.
Setup Guide
4 steps to connect Unleashed
TackQuote connects to Unleashed via its REST API using an API ID and key (HMAC-signed requests). Products and stock refresh every two hours; sales orders are pushed only when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.
Get your Unleashed API credentials
In Unleashed, go to Integration → Unleashed API Access and copy your API ID and API key.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter your API ID and key in TackQuote Integrations → Unleashed. TackQuote verifies access and begins the product sync.
Map products and order defaults
Confirm sell price tier and the sales order defaults used when quotes are accepted. Set the warehouse you want orders to pick from in Unleashed itself, since TackQuote does not send one.
Go live
Build quotes from live Unleashed products. Accepted quotes create sales orders and matched customers once an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection — connecting alone does not enable it.

How current is the stock shown in a quote?
Stock on hand refreshes on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh when you open the quote builder, so figures reflect recent Unleashed data without hammering the API.
What do I need to connect TackQuote to Unleashed?
An Unleashed account with API access enabled and an API ID/key pair from Integration → Unleashed API Access. TackQuote Starter plan or above is required.
Does TackQuote respect Unleashed warehouse assignments?
Partly. Stock on hand is read PER WAREHOUSE, so reps quote against real availability by location. But a sales order TackQuote creates does not carry a Warehouse field, so Unleashed applies your account default rather than a location TackQuote chose. If you fulfil from more than one location, set the warehouse on the order in Unleashed after it arrives, or make the location you want the account default. The customer IS mapped — resolved by email, and identified to Unleashed by Guid.
