TackQuote connects to Fulfil.io over its REST API so quotes are built from real Fulfil products and accepted quotes are written back as Fulfil sales. The catalog sync pages through your product records and brings across the code, display name, list price, cost price, and unit of measure. On acceptance, TackQuote resolves the buyer to a Fulfil party by email (creating one when there is no match), then creates the sale with the quote id written to its reference — and checks for an existing sale carrying that reference first, so a retried job can never leave two sales orders in your ERP for one quote.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Fulfil.io
Does TackQuote pull stock levels from Fulfil?
Not today. The catalog sync brings product codes, names, list price, cost price, and unit of measure. Stock quantities are not part of it, so quotes reflect your Fulfil pricing rather than Fulfil availability.
Can a retried sync create two sales orders?
No. TackQuote writes the quote id to the sale reference and counts existing sales with that reference before creating one, so a duplicate push resolves to the sale that already exists.
Does the quote deep-link to the Fulfil sale?
The Fulfil sale id, number, and reference are stored on the quote, but there is no deep link — Fulfil's back-office URL scheme could not be verified, and a link that 404s is worse than none.
