4 steps to connect nopCommerce
TackQuote connects to nopCommerce through the community API plugin using an access token. Catalog refreshes every two hours with an on-demand pull available.
Install the API plugin
Install and enable the community "API plugin for nopCommerce" (SevenSpikes) on your store — nopCommerce has no REST API without it.
Issue an access token
In nopCommerce Admin ▸ Configuration ▸ API, register TackQuote as a client and obtain an access token. The token has a lifetime; reissue it if sync starts returning 401.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter your store URL and the access token in TackQuote Integrations → nopCommerce. Optionally add a payment method system name, used when accepted quotes create orders.
Start quoting
Build quotes from your nopCommerce catalog. Accepted quotes create nopCommerce orders for buyers who exist as nopCommerce customers. This runs once an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection; connecting alone does not enable it.

What do I need to set up the nopCommerce integration?

Every quote line also needs a numeric nopCommerce product ID, which comes from catalog sync.
Will the nopCommerce order total match my quote?
Not necessarily. nopCommerce re-prices every order it places from its own catalog and tax rules, so the created order reflects store pricing. TackQuote records the total nopCommerce returns, not the quoted total.
