SYSPRO Integration
The B2B quoting layer for your SYSPRO ERP.
Stock code sync from SYSPRO. Prices and warehouse levels are not synced. Sales-order push exists but the XML envelope is unproven — missing order numbers fail closed.

Integration Overview
How TackQuote connects with SYSPRO
Eliminate manual data entry, prevent shipping or pricing errors, and streamline B2B order execution.
TackQuote connects to SYSPRO ERP through its e.net / REST services so quotes can be built from live stock codes and accepted quotes can be written back as SYSPRO sales orders. Stock codes refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh; prices and warehouse quantities are not part of that pull. Note that reads and writes use TWO different SYSPRO services with separate credentials — the standalone SYSPRO OData Service for stock and order reads, and e.net for the sales-order write — so both have to be configured. Sales-order create is implemented but the XML response shape is UNVERIFIED against vendor docs — if SYSPRO does not return an order number, TackQuote reports failure and never records a placeholder. Treat the first order push as a test against your instance, not a proven automatic write. Order writes are gated on an active Order Sync Rule targeting this connection — connecting alone does not enable them.
Bi-Directional Sync
Data objects synchronized between systems
Here is exactly how data flows between TackQuote and SYSPRO to maintain complete system alignment.
Master Price Book Sync
Sync contract pricing matrices, volume discount tiers, and customer-specific price books from SYSPRO.
Sales Order & Invoice Post
Post accepted quotes directly as sales orders or accounts receivable invoices into SYSPRO GL accounts.
Net Terms & Credit Limit Check
Validate buyer credit balances and payment terms in SYSPRO before enabling Net-30 quote checkout.
Tax Code & AR Ledger Mapping
Align tax jurisdiction codes and line-item revenue accounts across SYSPRO and TackQuote.
Capabilities
What's included in the SYSPRO connector
Built out-of-the-box for enterprise sales teams, distributors, and manufacturers.
Stock Code Sync
TackQuote pulls SYSPRO stock codes, descriptions, and units of measure into the quote builder on a scheduled cadence. Selling prices are NOT included: SYSPRO holds them in a separate price table TackQuote does not read, so synced items arrive without a price and reps price them in the quote.
Sales Order Creation
Accepted quotes can create SYSPRO sales orders with stock codes, quantities, customer, and terms. The XML envelope is unproven; a missing order number is reported as failure, never as a fabricated id. Order creation is not automatic on acceptance: it runs when an active Order Sync Rule targets this connection, or when the buyer checks out against it after you switch on Integrations → Use for checkout.
Buyer → Customer Mapping
Orders are filed against the SYSPRO customer mapped to the buyer, or the default customer code you configure. TackQuote does not search your SYSPRO customer master and does not create customer records.
Warehouse Inventory
Not available for SYSPRO today. SYSPRO keeps quantity-on-hand per warehouse in a separate table from the stock master TackQuote reads, so quantities do not pull through and reps should not quote against availability from this connection.
Setup Guide
4 steps to connect SYSPRO
TackQuote reads stock and orders through the standalone SYSPRO OData Service and writes sales orders through e.net — two services, two sets of credentials. Stock refreshes every two hours; sales-order push exists but is unproven until you confirm a real order number comes back.
Expose SYSPRO services
Ensure BOTH services are available: e.net / REST (for the sales-order write) and the standalone SYSPRO OData Service, which installs separately and has its own base URL. Create an e.net operator/service account with stock, customer, and sales order access, and generate a separate OData operator credential — in SYSPRO that is done from Operator Maintenance with the Generate Credentials function.
Connect in TackQuote
Enter your e.net endpoint, company id and operator credentials in TackQuote Integrations → SYSPRO, plus the OData Service URL and OData operator credential. All of them are needed: without the OData details the stock and order sync has nothing to call and TackQuote will say which field is missing.
Map stock and order defaults
Set the default customer code used when a buyer has no SYSPRO customer mapped to them, plus the order defaults applied when quotes are accepted. There is no price-list or warehouse mapping to confirm — neither prices nor warehouse quantities are pulled.
Go live after a test push
Build quotes from live SYSPRO stock. Confirm one sales-order push against your instance before relying on it — TackQuote will not record a placeholder order number.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about SYSPRO
Does TackQuote support cloud and on-prem SYSPRO?
Yes, provided the SYSPRO services are enabled and reachable by TackQuote. Many deployments expose them via a controlled endpoint or VPN.
What do I need to connect TackQuote to SYSPRO?
SYSPRO e.net / REST services enabled, your e.net API key, and the company id, operator, and passwords used for the logon — SYSPRO issues a session token per logon, so the operator details are required, not optional. Plus TackQuote Pro plan or above.
What happens if SYSPRO does not return a sales order number?
TackQuote reports the push as failed and tells you to check SYSPRO before retrying, because the order may already have been posted. It will never record a placeholder order number that does not exist in your ERP.
How current is the stock data used in quotes?
Stock codes and warehouse-level availability refresh on a two-hour scheduled pull plus an on-demand refresh, while sales orders push to SYSPRO only when an accepted quote matches an active Order Sync Rule.
